A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate into its growing Employment team in Bristol. The team has experienced significant recent growth and continues to invest heavily in senior talent as part of its long-term strategic expansion.

The Team
The Employment team advises clients across Financial Services, Health and Social Care, Insurance, Real Estate, and Government & Public Sector sectors and is recognised for its technical excellence and commercial approach.

The Role
Your work will include:
- Leading complex Employment Tribunal and advisory matters
* Advising on strategic workforce issues, restructures and TUPE projects
* Supporting multi-jurisdictional employment mandates
* Acting as a key client contact on significant matters
* Supervising and developing junior lawyers
* Leading client training and thought leadership initiatives
* Supporting business development and client relationship growth

About You
- 5+ years' PQE in Employment Law
* Strong contentious and advisory experience
* Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
* Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
* Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
* Interest in business development and strategic client relationships
* Ambition to progress within a growing national practice
