A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor to join its established and growing Family team in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented family lawyer to handle a high-quality caseload while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage and progress a diverse caseload across a broad range of privately funded family matters, including:

• Preventative family law work
• High net worth financial remedy negotiations and proceedings
• Divorce and separation matters
• Children Act proceedings
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• TOLATA disputes
• International family law matters
• Injunctive proceedings

The successful candidate will play an active role in client relationship management, business development, and helping to drive the continued success of the team.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or other recognised legal professionals with ideally 2+ years' PQE in family law.

You will possess:

• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of family law matters
• Experience handling financial remedy work, including high net worth cases
• Knowledge of Children Act proceedings, TOLATA claims, and private family law matters
• Exposure to international family law and injunctive relief
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office
• A collaborative attitude and desire to contribute to team success
• The ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgement
