Senior Planning Lawyer - Manchester

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Senior Planning Lawyer to join its Manchester planning and environment team.

The team advises developers, landowners, investors and public sector clients on planning strategy and delivery across major regeneration, residential, commercial and infrastructure schemes.

The Role

• Advising on planning applications, appeals, s106 agreements and CPO matters
• Supporting major development and regeneration projects from inception through to delivery
• Working closely with colleagues across real estate, construction and corporate teams
• Representing clients at public inquiries and in engagement with local planning authorities
• Playing an active role in business development and raising the team's profile in the market

About You

• Circa 5+ years PQE in planning law, with experience of complex development schemes
• Strong technical knowledge of planning legislation and process
• Confident advocate with excellent client-facing skills
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the continued growth of the practice
