Senior Real Estate Solicitor (10+ PQE) - Succession Opportunity | Leicester

A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (10+ PQE) to join its expanding Leicester office as part of a succession planning hire.

This opportunity is suited to a senior lawyer seeking a clear progression pathway, with the ability to play a key role in the continued growth of an established and well-regarded team.

You will join a friendly, supportive and collaborative team handling high-quality commercial property work across a diverse client base, with the opportunity to take ownership of matters as well as contribute to more complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, and property management matters
• Draft, review and negotiate property documents such as leases, agreements for lease, sale contracts, title reports, deeds of variation and ancillary documentation
• Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, searches, and planning documentation, and raising/responding to enquiries
• Support on high-value and complex transactions alongside senior lawyers within the team
