LHH Luxembourg is pleased to announce its official membership in the IMS – Inspiring More Sustainability network, a key player in promoting sustainable development and corporate social responsibility in Luxembourg. This membership marks an important step in LHH’s strategy to integrate increasingly responsible and sustainable practices into its activities and into the support offered to its clients and partners.

For several years, LHH has been committed to fostering sustainable employability, encouraging inclusion in the workplace, developing skills responsibly, and promoting healthy and respectful professional environments. Joining the IMS network represents a unique opportunity to accelerate these initiatives by leveraging a dynamic ecosystem of committed companies.

Thanks to this membership, LHH teams will benefit from privileged access to a wide range of IMS resources, including:

  • A calendar of thematic events bringing together experts in sustainable development, diversity, ESG governance, and soft mobility. These meetings provide spaces for learning, sharing best practices, and co-creating impactful projects.
  • Certified training programs covering various aspects of sustainable development, enabling employees to deepen their knowledge and integrate these issues into their daily missions.
  • Guides, tools, and publications specifically designed to support companies in integrating responsible practices and implementing concrete ESG strategies.
  • A dynamic network of more than 200 member companies engaged in the sustainable transition, offering opportunities for collaboration, experience-sharing, and the creation of collective solutions.

LHH’s membership will be officially recognized during the IMS New Members Welcome Event on 12 February 2026, a key moment bringing together numerous organizations committed to social, environmental, and economic issues in Luxembourg. Practical information will be provided directly by IMS, and teams can also follow updates from the network in the Sustainability Mag, the magazine dedicated to sustainable initiatives in Luxembourg.

This initiative reflects LHH’s ambition to strengthen its positive impact as an HR actor by supporting companies in their own sustainable transformation and contributing to a more responsible labor market. It also aligns with the broader commitments of the Adecco Group, which has long been engaged in actions promoting inclusion, lifelong learning, diversity, and a more sustainable professional future.

By joining IMS, LHH reaffirms its ambition to be an engaged partner serving organizations, talent, and society. This collaboration paves the way for new projects, collective upskilling, and the development of initiatives with measurable impact.

We are delighted about this new milestone and the many opportunities it represents for our teams, partners, and all stakeholders with whom we collaborate.
