Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8+ years of engineering experience within aerospace, rocket, or missile systems
  • Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership or managerial experience
  • Strong background in rocket or missile structural design and system integration
  • Solid understanding of aerodynamics, flight dynamics, and mechanical system architecture
  • Experience working with guidance and control system integration is strongly preferred
  • Proven involvement in full development lifecycle: design, analysis, qualification, and validation
  • Experience in high-reliability, safety-critical engineering environments
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach
  • Ability to operate effectively in multidisciplinary and fast-paced R&D settings

Responsabilities


  • Lead the design and development of precision rocket platforms from concept through validation
  • Define and optimize aerodynamic configurations and structural layouts
  • Integrate guidance, control, actuation, and propulsion subsystems into a cohesive rocket architecture
  • Conduct structural and dynamic analyses under flight and environmental loading conditions
  • Oversee system-level trade studies and performance optimization activities
  • Lead design reviews, technical assessments, and cross-functional engineering coordination
  • Support qualification, integration, and validation testing campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with relevant aerospace, safety, and engineering standards
  • Provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary R&D teams
