Operating with a multidisciplinary R&D structure and advanced production capabilities, the company develops next-generation rocket systems, intelligent guidance platforms, and mission-critical technologies. The engineering environment emphasizes innovation, technical ownership, and system-level thinking in safety-critical applications.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in rocket propulsion systems
  • Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership or managerial experience
  • Strong expertise in liquid and/or solid propulsion design and development
  • Proven experience in combustion analysis, propulsion thermodynamics, and fluid systems
  • Experience with engine test campaigns, hot-fire testing, and performance validation
  • Solid understanding of high-pressure systems, cryogenic systems, or propellant management (preferred)
  • Experience working in safety-critical and high-reliability aerospace environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to take technical ownership from concept through qualification and delivery

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of liquid and/or solid rocket propulsion systems
  • Define propulsion architecture including combustion chamber, injector systems, turbopumps, feed systems, and nozzle assemblies
  • Perform thermodynamic, fluid dynamic, and combustion analyses to optimize engine performance
  • Conduct performance simulations, trade studies, and system sizing activities
  • Oversee structural integrity and thermal analysis of propulsion components
  • Lead subsystem integration activities between propulsion, structures, avionics, and guidance teams
  • Define and supervise qualification, validation, and hot-fire test campaigns
  • Review and approve test data, identify root causes, and implement corrective design actions
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace safety, quality, and reliability standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within propulsion engineering teams
