Stock Management Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Stock Management Team Leader for our global business partner operating in the machinery manufacturing industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and address order or delivery issues
• Proactive problem-solving approach to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, supply chain teams, and logistics partners

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related fiel
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, logistics, customer service, or a similar rol
• Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and logistics operation
• Experience with ERP or order management systems, preferably Logo Tiger ,SA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data tracking and reportin
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Willingness to take initiative and contribute to process improvements
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle urgent requests efficiently
