Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Location: 75141
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Salary: $75,000–$80,000

Position Overview

This role is responsible for supervising a large hourly workforce in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have prior experience leading 20+ employees on second or third shift and will be accountable for safety, production flow, and daily team leadership on 2nd shift.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with direct supervisory responsibility for at least 20 production employees

  • Experience working on second or third shift

  • Strong shop‑floor leadership and consistent enforcement of standards

  • Bilingual English / Spanish

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship

  • Criminal background check, physical (vision and hearing), and drug screen

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead hourly manufacturing employees on 2nd shift

  • Drive safety, quality, productivity, and accountability

  • Assign labor, manage schedules, and address staffing issues

  • Train and develop employees while enforcing plant policies and procedures

  • Communicate production results and issues to plant leadership

  • Support operational consistency and continuous improvement
