Account Manager (Customer Service / Logistics Support)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (East Side – Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $26/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
LHH is hiring an Account Manager to support a growing team on the east side of Indianapolis. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service or account management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Logistics experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts from order entry through delivery
Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Process orders, changes, cancellations, and returns accurately
Track shipments and resolve delivery or order issues
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or order processing
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems (ERP/CRM preferred)
Nice to Have:
Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain (not required)
