LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a company in Chicago with a search for an accountant.  This is a temporary to hire role with a hybrid schedule. They are looking for someone with at least 4 years of well rounded accounting experience and a Bachelors in Accounting.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage month end close activities and reporting

  • Prepare, review and post journal entries, accruals, reversals

  • Reconcile accounts

  • Discrepancy analysis and resolution

  • Process multi state payroll and handle payroll taxes

  • Prepare financial statements and reporting

  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process

  • Audit support and assist with special projects

 Required:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an accountant role with similar responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • Microsoft Excel pivot tables and look ups

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Integrity

  • Analytical skills and accuracy

Pay: $35 -$45/hour



Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
