Accountant

Staff Accountant – Richmond, VA

LHH is partnering with several growing organizations throughout the Richmond area seeking mid-level accounting professionals for direct-hire.

Responsibilities may include:

• Journal entries and general ledger accounting

• Month-end close and reconciliations

• AP and AR support

• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations

• Financial reporting and variance analysis

• Maintaining accurate accounting records

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 1–5+ years of accounting or finance experience

• Experience with AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, or month-end close

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
