LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accountant to assist with full-cycle bookkeeping, timely payroll processing, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, QuickBooks experience, and strong analytical skills to identify errors or discrepancies. This direct hire opportunity is fully onsite in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary for this role is between $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
· Perform full-cycle bookkeeping
· Process payroll accurately and timely, including payroll tax filings and reports
· Manage quarterly and year-end close processes
· Perform bank reconciliations
· Assist with preparation of financial reports and audits
· Maintain accurate financial records
· Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations
· Some overtime required during tax season
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
· 2+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
· QuickBooks experience required
· Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
· Strong analytical and communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
