Accountant
Accounting & Finance
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support operational and financial objectives. This role is responsible for timely and accurate accounting activities, strong adherence to internal controls, and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset while working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support month‑end close activities, including journal entries, management reporting, and financial reports to ensure a timely close
Complete monthly billing and data entry
Apply customer payments (credit card, check, and cash) within the ERP system
Code expenses and complete monthly reporting of expenditures
Prepare fuel reporting and related journal entries, including quarterly reporting
Support sales tax filings and annual audit activities
Participate in cross‑training across all accounting workstreams
Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including documentation, standard operating procedures, and process flow mapping
Assist with ERP implementation and ongoing process development
Complete special projects as needed
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
Prior accounting experience required

Working Requirements
Flexibility to work some overtime on occasion
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Must be open to an onsite, business casual office
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
