LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate in St. Louis, MO. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for any professional looking to build a foundation in accounting, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a collaborative finance team.
 
Title: Accounting Associate
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday - Friday (100% on-site)
 
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 annual (Flexible for those with experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
  • Perform basic account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Support month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Respond to internal and external accounting-related inquiries
  • Assist with audits and special projects as needed
 
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Professional communication skills and a willingness to learn


Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
