Accounting Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a company near Carpentersville, IL with a search for an accounting clerk. This role is onsite and direct hire.  This person will handle accounts receivable, reporting and support month end close.

 

Set up new customers and determine credit

Prepare and send out invoices to customers

Follow up on open accounts to collect funds

Apply payments to customer accounts

Provide AR reports for month end

Assist with month end close and audits as needed

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelors in Finance or similar

Prior experience in accounting preferred

Must be detailed and deadline driven

Ability to resolve discrepancies

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel

Pay: $24-$25/hour

 

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
