Accounting Specialist

Location: Albuquerque, NM (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience

 

Overview

Our client is hiring an Accounting Specialist who’s ready to take on a variety of responsibilities in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping financial operations running smoothly and has a strong eye for detail. If you have at least one year of accounting experience and are looking for a stable, full-time position with a friendly team, we’d love to connect.

 

You’ll be involved in several core accounting functions, including:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable

• Processing payroll with accuracy and timeliness

• Preparing and reviewing financial reports

• Reconciling bank statements and monitoring disbursements

• Maintaining records and transactions in QuickBooks

• Supporting general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

 

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• At least one year of experience in AP, AR, payroll, and reporting

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Confidence in reconciling bank statements and tracking financial activity

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

• A dependable, organized approach and willingness to learn

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but an associate degree with relevant experience will be considered.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
