Accounting Specialist
Location: Albuquerque, NM (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience
Overview
Our client is hiring an Accounting Specialist who’s ready to take on a variety of responsibilities in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping financial operations running smoothly and has a strong eye for detail. If you have at least one year of accounting experience and are looking for a stable, full-time position with a friendly team, we’d love to connect.
You’ll be involved in several core accounting functions, including:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Processing payroll with accuracy and timeliness
Preparing and reviewing financial reports
Reconciling bank statements and monitoring disbursements
Maintaining records and transactions in QuickBooks
Supporting general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
We’re looking for someone who brings:
At least one year of experience in AP, AR, payroll, and reporting
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Confidence in reconciling bank statements and tracking financial activity
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
A dependable, organized approach and willingness to learn
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but an associate degree with relevant experience will be considered.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
