Accounting Specialist

Hybrid - role (95% remote) Must live within one hour of Tulsa, OK
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll play a key role in assisting the accounting team with accounts payable and receivable duties. This is a hybrid role, where you will be asked to go into the office on occasion for meetings.
What You’ll Do:
Reconcile credit card accounts
Upload invoices to customer portals
Manage AR aging reports and apply payments
Provide AP and AR backup support
Reconcile vendor 1099s
Perform other accounting duties as needed
What You Bring:
Recent experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be able to work Mon-Fri, 8-5
Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.79 per hour
