Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 (Hybrid)
Job Type: Direct Hire

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a hybrid schedule, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle AP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently (PO and non-PO)

  • Perform 3-way matching and ensure proper coding and approvals

  • Manage vendor relationships, including resolving discrepancies and responding to inquiries

  • Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments

  • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records

  • Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience

  • Experience handling full-cycle AP in a high-volume environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)

  • ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

  • Hybrid schedule (in-office and remote flexibility)



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
