Location: Glendora
Compensation: $26 – $32/hour (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, General Ledger reconciliation, and journal entries. This role will work with both paper and paperless invoice processes and play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices (paper and electronic), ensuring proper coding and approvals
Manage invoice workflows, including scanning, filing, and maintaining organized digital records
Perform General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and reclasses
Support month-end close processes and ensure timely completion of tasks
Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
Assist with payment processing (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
Maintain vendor records and support audit requests as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve invoice and payment issues
Identify opportunities to improve AP and accounting processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2+ years of accounting experience, including AP and GL responsibilities
Experience handling both paper and paperless invoice systems
Strong understanding of journal entries and account reconciliations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
