Accounts Payable Analyst

LHH partnered with a construction company in Irving is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, resolving account issues, and managing high-volume case activity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle vendor case management and support issue resolution
Assist with vendor inquiries and provide timely follow-up
Perform vendor statement reconciliations and research discrepancies
Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments regarding vendor accounts and payments
Ensure issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong vendor relationships
Support additional administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in vendor management, accounts payable, customer service, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with reconciliations and vendor account research preferred
Construction industry experience is a plus
Pay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour
