Accounts Payable Analyst
Our client, a large, well‑established healthcare organization in the Brentwood/Franklin, TN area is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to support high‑volume AP operations and ensure accurate, timely processing across a complex environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, process improvement, and partnering with internal stakeholders and supporting a large AP team to ensure a smooth accounting process.
Office Location: Brentwood, TN-Position is hybrid onsite three days a week

Key Responsibilities:
Process and review high‑volume accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
Perform invoice matching, coding, and exception resolution
Research and resolve vendor discrepancies, variances, and payment issues
Support month‑end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals
Maintain strong documentation to support internal controls and audit readiness
Partner with purchasing, finance, and operations teams to ensure AP compliance
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions in a fast-paced environment,
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills and exposure to the healthcare industry or physician practice environments preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and AP automation tools a plus
Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
