Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with at least 1 year of AP experience to join our team in Century City. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth in a supportive and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

  • Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments

  • Review and reconcile vendor statements

  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain AP files and documentation for audits and month-end close

  • Support other accounting functions as needed


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable or general accounting experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
