he Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for high-volume invoice processing and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices (up to 500+ per week) with a high degree of accuracy

  • Enter invoices and perform invoice matching (PO and non-PO)

  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

  • Provide customer service and support to vendors regarding payment status and inquiries

  • Assist with weekly check runs and ensure timely payments

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience

  • Experience with high-volume invoice processing required

  • Familiarity with Great Plains is preferred, but not required

  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
