he Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for high-volume invoice processing and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume invoices (up to 500+ per week) with a high degree of accuracy
Enter invoices and perform invoice matching (PO and non-PO)
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Provide customer service and support to vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
Assist with weekly check runs and ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes
Qualifications:
2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience
Experience with high-volume invoice processing required
Familiarity with Great Plains is preferred, but not required
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
