A well-established company in the Hudson, OH area is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to support their finance team during a transitional period. This is a temporary role expected to last at least six months, offering a great opportunity to contribute to a busy accounting department. The position is onsite and offers a wonderful opportunity to join an established accounting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume data entry and code invoices.

  • Match packing slips and invoices using three-way matching.

  • Support check runs and ensure timely payments.

  • Assist with general office tasks related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of accounts payable experience

  • Experience with three-way matching and invoice processing.

  • Comfortable with formulas and formatting in Excel

  • SAP software experience preferred but not required



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
