What This Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day

As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll be the connector between invoices, expense reports, internal teams, and external vendors.

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of vendor invoices — from receipt to payment

  • Review, code, and enter invoices accurately into the accounting system

  • Process and track employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance

  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents when applicable

  • Prepare payment batches, including checks, ACH, and electronic payments

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve questions quickly

  • Maintain clean, organized vendor records including W‑9s and payment details

  • Support month‑end close activities and provide audit documentation as needed

  • Identify small process improvements that make AP more efficient and accurate

What Will Help You Succeed Here

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting

  • Experience with invoices and expense reimbursement processing

  • Comfort working with accounting or ERP software and Excel
