LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Hospitality industry. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and wants to support an established and growing accounting team.

About the Role

  • Compensation: $52,000-$57,000 annually

  • Location: Franklin, TN

  • Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Match, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system

  • Assist with weekly payment runs, ACH payments, and check processing

  • Manage vendor setup, maintain W9s, and update records as needed

  • Monitor the AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries

  • Reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding items

  • Support month‑end activities and assist with additional accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience required

  • Experience in any accounting or finance environment is a plus

Required Skills

  • Strong accuracy, organization, and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Excel and general accounting software or ERP systems
