Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually
 

Overview:
A reputable real estate organization is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, multi-location environment and is ready to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and process invoices across multiple property locations.
  • Accurately code and batch invoices for timely payment processing.
  • Manage high-volume payables with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Collaborate with property managers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support weekly check runs and assist with month-end closing tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounts payable, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong understanding of invoice processing, batching, and coding.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully onsite role.
