About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Altamonte Springs, FL, to fill an Expense Processing / Accounts Payable Clerk position. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong AP and expense processing experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform full-cycle AP functions, including:
  • GL coding and invoice processing using 3-way matching.
  • Reconciling invoices and managing weekly check runs.
  • Handling petty cash reimbursements.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years of accounts payable experience with high-volume invoice processing.
  • Hands-on experience with expense report processing.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Workday or Concur for expense reporting (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and math skills.

Education

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday-Friday | 8a-5p | 40 hours per week.
  • Pay range: $20-$23 per hour.
