Senior Accounts Payable

Do you have at least five years of accounts payable experience with experience supporting in fast paced environments? Do you have experience processing a high volume of invoices daily? We are looking for an accounts payable specialist for a new job in San Mateo, CA. Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
Credit card reconciliations
Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure proper coding and approvals
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Support audits and provide documentation as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of accounts payable experience
Proficiency in accounting software SAP or NetSuite is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
