Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH is assisting a client in Charlotte, NC with their need for a direct hire Accounts Payable Specialist. This opportunity is fully onsite. This is a great opportunity to join a company offering highly competitive compensation and benefits. Please read on for more details!

 

Responsibilities:

·       Manages daily accounts payable activities for multiple locations

·       Processes high volume invoices for payment, prepares journal entries and monthly accruals

·       Performs statement reconciliations

·       Oversees invoice review, entry, upload, check printing, and mailing

·       Ensures proper approvals are obtained

·       Researches discrepancies as needed

 

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 3-5 years of accounts payable experience

·       Must have good tenure with prior employers

·       Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

·       Experience working with AvidXchange is a plus

·       Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
