Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $24 – $27/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process in a high-volume setting
- Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Accurately input invoice data and ensure timely payment processing
- Execute payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Respond to vendor inquiries and internal payment questions with professionalism
- Support year-end reporting, including 1099 preparation and audit requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing and payment challenges
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- 4+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables required)
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct or similar preferred)
- Familiarity with 1099 reporting is a plus
- Retail or high-transaction AP experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
