Our firm is partnering with a client in the Cincinnati, OH area to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a structured accounting environment and is looking for long‑term growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist with check runs and electronic payments

  • Maintain vendor files and communicate with vendors as needed

  • Reconcile statements and support month‑end close

  • Ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures

  • Assist with additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of accounts payable experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including formulas and pivot tables

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with deadlines

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred



Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
