Accounts Payable Specialist

A growing and well-established manufacturing organization in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to support a high-volume AP environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working cross-functionally with accounting and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing in a high-volume environment
Perform 3-way PO matching and resolve invoice discrepancies
Process and code invoices accurately to the general ledger
Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding issues
Process vendor setup and maintenance requests
Assist with expense report audits and AP reporting
Support month-end close activities including reconciliations and journal entries
Assist with audit requests and special projects as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
Qualifications:
3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
Strong experience with:
3-way matching
Vendor statement reconciliations
Invoice discrepancy resolution
Experience processing 1,000+ invoices monthly preferred
Advanced Excel skills required
ERP experience required; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
