A growing and well-established manufacturing organization in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to support a high-volume AP environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working cross-functionally with accounting and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing in a high-volume environment

  • Perform 3-way PO matching and resolve invoice discrepancies

  • Process and code invoices accurately to the general ledger

  • Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding issues

  • Process vendor setup and maintenance requests

  • Assist with expense report audits and AP reporting

  • Support month-end close activities including reconciliations and journal entries

  • Assist with audit requests and special projects as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment

  • Strong experience with:

    • 3-way matching

    • Vendor statement reconciliations

    • Invoice discrepancy resolution

  • Experience processing 1,000+ invoices monthly preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills required

  • ERP experience required; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills



Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
