Accounts Payable Specialist – Houston, TX
Pay Range: $22/hr. – $24/hr.
Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH), Onsite
Schedule: Flexible, 40–45 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire accounts payable cycle—from invoice receipt to payment processing.
Perform 3-way matching and handle high-volume, manual invoice processing.
Work extensively with SharePoint and Excel to manipulate and export large datasets (thousands of lines per invoice) into the ERP system.
Process payments and ensure timely, accurate handling of vendor invoices.
Support the team with filing and various administrative tasks (approximately 20% of the role).
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of hands-on AP experience (full cycle required; partial experience will not be considered).
Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large, complex data sets.
Experience with ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred; exposure to new implementations a plus).
Ability to follow instructions precisely and take comprehensive notes.
A proactive, focused attitude—someone who gets things done without excessive distraction.
No degree or specific industry background required.
