LHH is searching for an Accounts Payable Administrator for the procurement department of a growing logistics company in Houston, TX! This company is located on the far south east part of town and offers a hybrid schedule after a probationary period and ample career growth opportunity!

 

Candidates should have AP invoice processing experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced work environment.

 

Hourly pay for the Accounts Payable Administrator ranges between $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Review and compare invoices against system records for accuracy

  • Process invoices for payment when matched correctly

  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors or internal teams

  • Perform PO matching using job, container, or tank numbers in the system

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end invoice volume increases

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and other departments

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with invoice processing, accounts payable, or AP support required

  • Experience with PO matching preferred

  • Logistics or supply chain experience preferred but not required

  • Familiarity with invoice terminology and processing workflows

  • Spanish language skills are a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively



Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
