About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing invoice processing and vendor payments with a strong focus on 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. You’ll work closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices using 3-way match verification
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with month-end close and reporting
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Proficiency in 3-way matching processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
