About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing invoice processing and vendor payments with a strong focus on 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. You’ll work closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices using 3-way match verification
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Proficiency in 3-way matching processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
