Key Responsibilities

In this fast-paced Accounts Payable role, responsibilities include:

• Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
• Managing weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Reconciling vendor statements and responding to inquiries
• Maintaining accurate AP records and documentation
• Assisting with month-end close activities
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure proper expense coding and approvals

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume data entry
• Experience with AP systems and basic Excel skills
• Professional communication skills with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Dependable, proactive work style
