What You’ll Be Doing

• Process high?volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
• Review, code, and reconcile invoices while resolving discrepancies
• Manage and audit employee expense reports in accordance with company policies
• Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support payment runs
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth AP operations
• Assist with month?end close and general accounting support as needed

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Strong Excel proficiency (required)
• Hands?on experience with expense reporting systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high?volume environment
• Strong communication and problem?solving skills
