What You’ll Be Doing

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and on time
• Review, code, and reconcile invoices while resolving discrepancies
• Audit and manage employee expense reports in accordance with company policies
• Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support payment runs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth AP operations
• Assist with month-end close activities and general accounting support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Strong Excel proficiency (required)
• Hands-on experience with expense reporting systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
