Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | On Site
Compensation: $23-27/hr

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Indianapolis. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and keeping things organized, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Matching purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

  • Managing vendor relationships and resolving payment discrepancies.

  • Preparing and processing payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer.

  • Assisting with month-end close and account reconciliations.

  • Maintaining organized records and supporting audits.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks).

  • Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Communicates clearly and professionally.

  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
