Accounts Payable Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a community‑focused organization in Oakland, CA to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary opportunity. This role supports a collaborative accounting team and offers a hybrid schedule, blending flexibility with meaningful work that supports the local community.

Key Responsibilities
Scan, review, and process a high volume of vendor invoices
Code invoices accurately within the ERP system
Assist with regular check runs and payment processing
Set up and maintain new vendor accounts
Review vendor statements and help resolve discrepancies
Process and audit employee expense reports
Qualifications
2+ years of high‑volume Accounts Payable experience
Experience working within an ERP system
Hands‑on experience processing expense reports
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Team‑oriented approach with a positive, reliable work style

Pay for the role is per hour and depends on experience. The pay range will be $27.00 to $30.50 per hour.
