Accounts Payable Specialist-Pt. St. Lucie

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Ft. Pierce, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
Process invoices utilizing three-way matching
Perform weekly check runs and account reconciliations
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies
Set up new vendors
Experience
Minimum of two years of full cycle, high volume accounts payable experience required
Skills/Knowledge
Proficiency using accounting software/ERP (i.e. Great Plains, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) required
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
Work Hours/Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$25-28/hr.
