Accounts Payable Supervisor

About the Opportunity

This is a newly created AP leadership role driven by rapid company growth.

You’d be stepping into a high-volume, tech-enabled AP environment supporting a business that’s scaling quickly through large infrastructure projects. It’s less about processing and more about ownership—ensuring coding accuracy, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally with operations and project teams.

You’ll oversee both onsite and offshore resources and play a key role in building a more efficient, scalable AP function. They’re open to someone who hasn’t formally managed before, as long as you bring strong accounting fundamentals and leadership potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full procure-to-pay process

  • Ensure accurate invoice coding, including CapEx vs. OpEx

  • Manage a hybrid AP team (onsite + offshore)

  • Resolve invoice issues and support payment cycles

  • Drive process improvements and automation

  • Partner with accounting, procurement, and operations

  • Support month-end close activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong accounting foundation with AP experience

  • Exposure to high-volume environments and coding accuracy

  • Understanding of controls; SOX exposure is a plus

  • ERP experience (Oracle preferred)

  • Leadership mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
