Accounts Payable Supervisor
About the Opportunity
This is a newly created AP leadership role driven by rapid company growth.
You’d be stepping into a high-volume, tech-enabled AP environment supporting a business that’s scaling quickly through large infrastructure projects. It’s less about processing and more about ownership—ensuring coding accuracy, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally with operations and project teams.
You’ll oversee both onsite and offshore resources and play a key role in building a more efficient, scalable AP function. They’re open to someone who hasn’t formally managed before, as long as you bring strong accounting fundamentals and leadership potential.
What You’ll Do
Own the full procure-to-pay process
Ensure accurate invoice coding, including CapEx vs. OpEx
Manage a hybrid AP team (onsite + offshore)
Resolve invoice issues and support payment cycles
Drive process improvements and automation
Partner with accounting, procurement, and operations
Support month-end close activities
What We’re Looking For
Strong accounting foundation with AP experience
Exposure to high-volume environments and coding accuracy
Understanding of controls; SOX exposure is a plus
ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
Leadership mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
Why This Role Stands Out
High-growth company with strong demand and expansion
Opportunity to step into leadership and make an impact
Exposure to modern systems and automation
Strong visibility to leadership and long-term career upside
If you’re looking for more ownership and the opportunity to build and improve a function—not just maintain it—this is a strong role to consider.
