Accounts Payable/Accounting Manager-Orlando

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Accounts Payable/Accounting Manager for our client in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
Responsibilities
Train and supervise the AP team and oversee daily operations, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
Drive automation and process improvements across AP workflows.
Support AP month-end close.
Lead all aspects of daily cash positioning, bank account transactions, and reconciliations.
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Experience
6+ years of full cycle accounts payable and cash management experience required.
Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
Skills/Knowledge
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel-VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and accounting software/ERP system knowledge required.
Great multi-tasker, detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline driven.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
Restaurant or hospitality experience required.
Salary Range
$85-115K
