Accounts Receivable Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company in Elk Grove Village on a search for an accounts receivable clerk. This is a permanent role and onsite working with a team. They are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, account management, and analysis skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Customer account review

Calling and emailing customers regarding open invoices

Researching and resolving issues

Determining adjustments and updates to accounts as needed

Apply payments to accounts

Assist with additional projects and initiatives

 

Required:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Prior experience in accounting or customer service

Intermediate Excel

Ability to meet deadlines and goals

Pay: $23-$25/hour

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
