Accounts Receivable Clerk
Indianapolis | Onsite | $23–$25/hr

LHH is partnering with a client on the west side of Indianapolis to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a contract‑to‑hire opportunity. This is a fully onsite role ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative accounting team.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform day‑to‑day Accounts Receivable processing

  • Enter and maintain accurate financial data in ERP systems and customer portals

  • Use Excel for basic data entry, formulas, and formatting

  • Communicate internally to resolve discrepancies and follow established processes

  • Cross‑train with Accounts Payable to support the broader accounting function

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to learn and navigate ERPs and online portals

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working within structured processes

  • Team‑oriented with a willingness to cross‑train

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)

  • $23–$25 per hour, based on experience
