We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our client’s team in Cleveland, OH. This contract role centers on cash application tasks and customer outreach to resolve payment discrepancies. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a critical function. The role offers potential for longer-term engagement depending on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve banking activity via online portals.

  • Apply incoming payments using remittance details

  • Investigate and resolve unclear remittances by contacting customers.

  • Navigate customer portals and interpret financial data.

  • Communicate with customers to clarify payment details and ensure accurate application.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.

  • Familiarity with Oracle is helpful

  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas and formatting.

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
