Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We’re partnering with a reputable client in Cleveland, OH to find a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in accounting or finance within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with existing customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports.
Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Process order holds
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
If no degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, sorting/filtering).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
