Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our client’s team in an onsite role in the Bedford Heights area of Cleveland, OH. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative, close‑knit environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and apply incoming payments, including ACH, lockbox, and other customer receipts
Accurately post cash to customer accounts and research/resolution of discrepancies
Maintain and update Excel tracking spreadsheets using formulas for reconciliation and reporting
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate cash application
Support accounts receivable reporting and assist with process improvements as needed
Qualifications:
At least a year of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Cash Applications
Strong Excel skills, including formulas (Pivot Tables and vlookups a plus)
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Comfortable working 100% onsite in Cleveland, OH (Bedford Heights area)
